* Level adjustment is possible after consultation with the instructor at the first class.
  Instructor needs to email the language center office the approval of level change.
  (Full refund will be made in case of cancellation arising from level related issue.)

 

Customized English Program

 ○ Details

 * Target: Adults

 * Capacity: 1-4 people/session

 * Students are responsible for forming their own group for these classes.

 * Level: High Beginner ~ Advanced

 * Classes Offered: Speaking, Presentation, Writing etc.

 * Class hours: 150mins, 160mins/ monthly session (Students may also register for more than one monthly session at a time.)

 * Location: KAIST

 * Professor: KAIST Visiting Professors or certified language professors

 * Languages Offered: English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese (Other languages may be available after consultation with the KLC.)

  - Other class time may be available after consultation with KAIST Language Center.

○ Tuition Fee Refund

* Refunds of tuition fee due to personal circumstances are processed according to the Korea Consumer Agency policy.

  -  Cancellation before class open : Full refund

  -  Prior to 1/3 of the number of class days : Refund 2/3 of tuition fee

  -  Prior to 1/2 of the number of class days : Refund 1/2 of tuition fee

  -  After 1/2 of the number of class days : No Refund

* Course cancellation before class open due to registered student insufficiency, deposit cancellation for exceeding capacity, class change for different levels : Full refund


※ Refunds due to any other reasons than the above specified reasons are processed according to the Korea Consumer Agency policy.

※ A cancellation on a class day is considered as a cancellation done after the class.
