Please note that the Language Center office will be closed on the dates below.

1. Holidays

- April 30 : Buddha's Birthday

- May 1   : Labor Day

- May 5: Childre n’s Day

2. Proofreading and translation services

- Registration : Registration and proofreading/translation of documents uploaded or confirmed during the holidays will begin on the next working day. 

( Documents uploaded after 5:30pm on April 29 / May 4 -> Registration will begin on May 4 / May 6, 9:00am)

( Price estimates confirmed after 5:30pm on April 29/May 4 -> Proofreading / Translation will begin on May 4 / May 6, 9:00am)

- Completion of work : Proofreading/translation work finished during the holidays will be available for download on the next working day. Notice will be sent via text and email.

* Please note that the Language Center proofreading and translating services are provided on a business day basis.

3. Course registration / cancellation and other questions
